MCRA LAUNCHES COMPLIANCE AND BUSINESS ETHICS HOTLINE

Washington, DC – June 27, 2011 – Musculoskeletal Clinical Regulatory Advisers, LLC (MCRA), an independent medical technology consulting firm focusing on regulatory, clinical, intellectual property, quality assurance, healthcare compliance and reimbursement strategy execution, is pleased to announce the launch of its Compliance and Business Ethics Hotline. MCRA's Compliance Hotline is just one of the variety of services provided by the Company's Healthcare Compliance division that aims at helping its clients maintain a corporate culture committed to ethical behavior. As defined by the United States Sentencing Commission and the Department of Health & Human Service Office of Inspector General an effective compliance program includes a process to receive complaints or questions anonymously. MCRA's Compliance Hotline allows employees, contractors, suppliers or other key stakeholders of MCRA's Healthcare Compliance clients to raise issues which could adversely affect employees, customers or the organization. The Hotline is a timely reporting option that provides a confidential way for MCRA's clients to obtain information about compliance issues and report instances of suspected non-compliance outside the normal chain of command. The Hotline preserves confidentiality and assures non-retaliation. MCRA's Compliance Hotline is implemented via a secure, customized web based reporting solution. Trained support staff manage the Hotline and are available during normal business hours through a provided toll free phone number.
