Mari Teshirogi

After graduating from university and working for several Japanese companies, Mari Teshirogi started her quality management career at a foreign-affiliated medical device manufacturer. In this role, she supported external partnerships with key clients and contributed to oversight quality activities including supplier qualification and audits. Mari then moved to Fresenius Kabi Japan where she gained pharmaceutical and medical device quality management experience, serving as a quality manager to develop and oversee quality strategy and ensure inspection readiness for assigned projects. Mari joined MCRA Japan in 2017, and currently leads the quality team. She is responsible for overseeing foreign manufacturing site registrations (FMR), quality management system (QMS) applications and ongoing quality management for approved products for which MCRA Japan is the designated marketing authorization holder (D-MAH). Mari has served as MCRA Japan’s quality manager (i.e., Hin Seki) for more than five years.
