Background
As Manager, Talent Access, Kayleigh specializes in the full-cycle recruitment process across all internal departments. Along with direct sourcing, interviewing, and project managing the interview process, she is responsible for handling special projects that could involve everything from Independent Consulting Agreements, industry research, and heading contract recruiting efforts for doctors/specialists needed for certain studies. Since joining MCRA in July of 2021, Kayleigh has successfully hired 50+ FTE, including multiple Director level and above employees.
Education
Bachelor’s in Psychology from Stockton University with a minor in Business Administration
Experience
Prior to making the move to MCRA in 2021, Kayleigh was with Ajilon (now Lee Hecht Harrison ‘LHH’), a general staffing firm. She started her career in recruitment right out of college in 2018 where she focused primarily on temporary and contract staffing. She managed all client interaction and high-volume recruiting within multiple industries, including supply chain, pharmaceuticals, HR/Administrative, and Non-Clinical Healthcare. Within her first year at Ajilon, Kayleigh was awarded “Highest Volume Recruiter” where out of all 200+ nationwide recruiters (200+ nationwide) she managed the highest volume of interviews throughout the quarter. She was promoted in less than a year from Staffing Specialist to Staffing Manager.
Overview
As Manager, Talent Access, Kayleigh is responsible for multiple duties ranging from full cycle recruiting, partnering with internal hiring managers and departments, and managing all negotiating and drafting of consulting agreements. She also focuses on business development and research to help efforts in the expansion of MCRA’s Talent Solutions services.
