
Background
Ken Rayl has over 19 years of experience in research ranging from basic science to real-world evidence generation for FDA cleared devices. Over the last 7 years, Ken has focused on developing evidence for medical devices in the digital health space and has also conducted several clinical trials for new digital therapeutics in both the private payer and small start up environments. Ken also has several years of experience conducting clinical trials at the site level in the cardiovascular therapeutic area.
Education
Ken obtained his bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from the University of Pittsburgh and earned his
MBA with a focus in Healthcare Management from Carlow University.
Overview
At MCRA, Ken collaborates with many stakeholders within the organization to help support all Digital Health clinical research activities. Ken’s primary focus is to oversee all aspects of research operations for the execution of clinical research trials for new digital health innovations. Ken also works with his regulatory counterparts on the Digital Health and AI & Imaging Center to stand up and execute clinical trials with the utmost success.
